YouTube

Our YouTube channel is split into two... a serious side and a fun side. On the serious side we hope to interview a range of people who have something to say on what it is to be independent: what they do and how they do it. On the fun side we have a number of projects underway, the first being, 'Literary Drinks'. We take a lighthearted look at some of our favourite books to examine the alchohlic drinks mentioned in their pages... and then make them!
